How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery is our only payment method for now. You pay the courier when you receive your order.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, if the conditions are met. Please read our Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Contact us with a photo of the product and your order number, and we will help you.
I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
We offer discounts of 10 to 20% on certain products for large orders. Contact us to ask about quantities.
Do you deliver outside Morocco?
At the moment we deliver within Morocco only. If you need delivery abroad, send us a message on WhatsApp.
