Returning or exchanging a product is a right for all our customers and covers every product in our store, under the conditions below.

Conditions
âś” The time limits count from the date of purchase.
âś” The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
âś” To request a return or exchange, contact us through our Contact us page or by phone.
âś” For a defective product, send a photo with your city, address and order number so we can replace it.
Refunds
• If the product you received is completely different from the one shown on our website, the amount is returned to you in full.
• If you simply no longer want a product that has no defect, 30% of the price is deducted, with a minimum of 25 dirhams.
